Download Help

Throughout this site, we provide links to MS Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Adobe PDF documents. If you click a link and the document fails to appear, you might have to download it to your hard-drive first. Below are some instructions.

Download from Internet Explorer

1. Place your mouse over the link
2. Right-click the link
3. Click "Save target as ..."
4. Save the file to a location on your computer that you can remember
5. Then open the file by locating it in My Computer and double-clicking it or launch the application (e.g., Word) and open the file.

Download from Firefox
